Welcome to your flow subscription!
If you are new to ground movement / natural movement I recommend starting with the FLOW INTRO videos (each about 15:00), where I break down the most common and foundational movements you’ll experience in these flow sessions, divided into four main categories. These videos will also share some helpful modifications for movements that people often find challenging. You are also welcome to just dive into the sessions. If you get lost or behind at any point, just keep moving. You’ll find in some of the videos I even recommend that you play around with some of the movements we have practiced to create your own flow patterns. This might take you out of your comfort zone, but I assure you, there is no right way to move—just go with the flow! ;)
