Your monthly FLOW subscription gives you access to a library of natural movement flow sessions ranging from 5-45 minutes in length so you can choose what fits in your day and with your energy level—you can use your FLOW session as a morning activator, a movement-break from work, an afternoon pick-me-up, a warmup for your existing workout, or as a stand-alone workout. New videos are added each week so your flow will always feel fresh.
